Single O Hamacho is the first overseas outpost of Sydney roaster Single O, built around an unusual self-serve concept: six taps pouring rotating single-origin filter coffee, kept fresh and consistent by a purpose-built tap system.
The room leans bright and industrial, a departure from the wood-and-quiet aesthetic of many Tokyo specialty cafés.
A fun, low-friction stop for trying several origins side by side without committing to a full pour-over order.
